Description

This driver enables control over the Rave PA-66 multi-zone controller.

Hardware Installation

  1. Connect from the ethernet port on the device to your local network
  2. Connect audio inputs and outputs

Driver Installation

  1. Place the driver into the project
  2. Navigate to Connections and select the Network tab
  3. Enter the IP address of the driver
  4. Go to Connections and bind the audio inputs and outputs
  5. Refresh navigator

Auto Update Enables or disables real time updates of the driver from annex4
Driver Version The current version of the driver
Server Version The server version of the driver
Debug Mode Reports information to the log and Lua output window
Debug Reports everything including data objects
Trace Reports everything but data objects
Info Reports critical pieces of information
Warning Reports any small issues that arise
Error Reports any large issues taht arise
Fatal Reports issues that cause the driver to fail
Volume Ramping Determines the rate at which volume will change while held down
Fast Volume ramps quickly at first
Medium Volume ramps consistently at first
Slow Volume ramps slowly at first
Polling Rate Polling rate in seconds, 0 will disable
Last Response Displays the last response received from the device

All Zones Off Turns all the zones off
Update Now Updates the driver to the latest version

Volume Ramping

There are 3 settings for volume ramping, Fast, Medium, and Slow. These determine how quickly the volume will ramp up or down initially. After the inital ramping they will all change volume at the same rate (40 milliseconds). The suggested setting is Medium.
